Sizing and Specifications

What sizes are available for custom turf mats?

All custom turf mats are available from a minimum size of 3×5 feet to a maximum size of 10×15 feet. This range covers hitting mats, pitching mats, on-deck circles, gym logo mats, locker room mats, business entryway mats, and dealership displays. If your project requires a size outside this range, contact us and we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

While most of our custom turf mats are rectangular, we can accommodate circular shapes (like on-deck circles) and other custom shapes depending on your design. Share your vision during the consultation and we will let you know what is possible.
We offer multiple standard turf colors including various shades of green, white, black, blue, red, yellow, and purple. We also have custom color-blending capabilities to match your specific brand colors. Exact color availability is confirmed during the consultation and proofing stage, so you will always see and approve colors before production begins.
Are the materials safe for schools and children?

Yes. Every custom turf mat is manufactured with 100% USA-made synthetic turf fibers that are lead-free and PFAS-free. These are the same safety standards that apply to all Halo Turf products. The EPA has also confirmed that synthetic turf fields are safe for athletic use.

Our custom turf is made from premium synthetic turf fibers that are manufactured in the United States. The fibers are UV-stabilized to resist fading and are engineered for durability under heavy foot traffic, athletic use, and outdoor weather conditions.
Yes. Our custom turf mats can be installed indoors or outdoors. The UV-stabilized yarns are designed to withstand intense sun exposure without fading, and the porous backing provides efficient drainage for outdoor installations.
